Heating Instructions:
Conventional oven heating is preferred over microwave heating. Place a small oven-proof dish with water at the bottom of the oven for the best pastry results.
The product can be heated in the wrappings.
For the best results, thaw the pies out slowly (not using a microwave), leave them in the fridge overnight for use the next day.
Once thawed, do not refreeze.
Byron Gourmet Pies last up to 3 days in the fridge, once they have been thawed for use the next day.
For Ovens: Preheat to 150 °C / 160 °C Depending on Thawed or Frozen
Thawed 20 -25 mins @ 160 °C
Frozen 40 – 45 mins @ 150 °C
For Microwave:
Thawed: High for 1 minute 45 seconds and stand for 30 seconds,
Frozen: Defrost 3 min, High 2 mins stand for 30 seconds.
