Heating Instructions:
Conventional oven heating is preferred over microwave heating. Place a small oven-proof dish with water at the bottom of the oven for the best pastry results.
The product can be heated in the wrappings.
For the best results, thaw the pies out slowly (not using a microwave), leave them in the fridge overnight for use the next day.
Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Tyrosine is an amino acid that is required for the production of important brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) that help to support and enhance mood, concentration, memory and alertness. The benefits of Tyrosine:
